With records out on Mesh, Ostgut Ton, Different, Messrs Kick & Drum, Scene Unseen, Earthly Measures and his own label, Making Friends, Jinjé (aka, Lee J Malcolm) has been making headway with his solo project in the electronic music scene. As the founding member and main song writer of Vessels (Cuckundoo, BIAS/Leaf, Different/PIAS) he has been DJ’ing and performing live for over two decades.

Jinjé has had much support from Radio 1, 6Music, XFM, XLR8TR and many more, including much international play. Artists such as Jon Hopkins, Max Cooper, Gerd Jansen and nd_baumecker have given much support and frequently include Jinjé tracks in their sets.

His last EP, Open Unity (out on Max Cooper’s label, Mesh) was well received by Radio DJ’s such as Mary Anne Hobbs, Nemone, Tom Ravenscroft and Rob Da Bank and the video was also featured on Adult Swim. He has also been invited to play twice at the Panorama Bar in The Berghein.
