A series of articles in collaboration with In This Thread highlighting some of the finest music threads from their avid group of music lovers.
After bringing you a number of our favourite threads from the In This Thread music group, we thought we’d take a break from the sweet music and turn to the art that often accompanies it. That’s right, this week’s thread will pick out the groups’ top 30 record sleeve designs along with some of our favourites thrown in for good measure. From the abstract and somewhat nonsensical artwork of Hot Chip’s Why Make Sense to the downright savvy sleeve of Raw M.T.’s Richard’s Revenge, we have striven to provide a diverse offering of our top sleeves for you to feast your eyes upon.
Credit goes out to Freddie Aitken for thinking up this thread and all contributors. More ITT selections to come in a couple of weeks including a look into our 30 most significant album artworks designs. See you then!
