5 years of records, 5 years of dancing, 5 years of Melodic Distraction! Our tiny little studio on Jamaica Street has grown in a home away from home, broadcasting thousands of shows and showcasing the best in Liverpool’s music scene.

We’ve welcomed DJs, producers, artists, promoters, venue owners, record shops owners, national festivals, oddball eccentrics, vinyl fanatics, arts collectives, poets, performers and music enthusiasts all over the globe through our doors. With the turntables still spinning after five trips around the sun, we’re buzzing to see that you’re still locked into the sounds of Melodic Distraction.
