Rotation is the collective creation of Dave Heath, Desa Basshead and Luben, three avid music collectors from the North West who specialize in the fields of balearic, disco funk & modern edits.
Their brand new radio show on Melodic Distraction holds the Rotation ethos at its very core; the shared passion and belief that records should be judged based on their musical substance rather than age or popularity. Long established through their prior shows on Electronic Melody Sessions and Wirral Radio, the trio join us with a focus on Sunday grooves and the perfect selection.
For their latest edition, the three take us on a journey through the genres of jazz funk, disco, reggae & soul with a healthy dose of house in places too. Warm summer vibes in the studio with this one, even if the ‘beast from the east’ is lurking outside!
