Episode

Soul Power sees Ray Roman taking you through the glorious 70’s one track at a time; a mighty selection of jazz, soul, funk, disco, latin and afro groove.

Raimondo Romanazzi was introduced to soul singers such as Stevie Wonder, Jackson 5 & Simply Red as child. Since then, he discovered gospel and jazz studying African American history at school. During High School he began DJing soulful house based on his influences.

With a passion for radio as well as the the way it connects people from across the world, Soul Power joins the dots with a focus on the 1970’s. Raimondo brings his own context to that soul power, with the occasional contemporary track thrown in for good measure.
