Selextorhood was founded in 2019 to address the underrepresentation of women, people of colour and non-binary people in the electronic music industry. Born in Birmingham, their mission is to create safe and inclusive spaces for individuals who identify as female or non-binary, to support and promote emerging artists, and to challenge gender inequality in the music industry.
