DRIFT is a mix series based in Edinburgh, giving DJs a chance to step back from their usual dancefloor fillers.

It offers DJs the opportunity to create a blend that twists and turns through genres not typically heard in a club setting. This freedom allows for lots of room for experimentation in mixes and gives listeners the chance to hear a new side to their favourite DJs – both local and international.

For the first DRIFT show of 2023, host SSID dives into laid back bars and lush jazz tracks as he explores the chill side of hip-hop. Featuring newer tracks by artists such as Sampa The Great and Duala as well as some classic RnB from the likes of Erykah Badu, this is an hour of the most relaxed of rap tracks and beats to round off your weekend!
