Yeti Wang's been based in Liverpool since January 2020 and now joins us for an exciting show on Melodic Distraction!

Wang previously ran and underground club and record store in Hohhot, China, called DeepSwing. He's now begun life as a university student in the UK studying music. The show focuses on Asian music, including forgotten deep cuts, and new released by Asian musicians. Expect deep, breezy and oriental tunes from China, wider Asia and beyond!

This month, the Chengdu-based Luna Li takes over for Yeti! Luna Li focuses on the rawest forms and root functions of dance music and explores a broad spectrum of sounds. Her heavyweight genre-fluid rollers sit alongside rumbling bass, punchy synth touches, and dreamy pads, taking cues from breakbeat, techno, pop music samples, and beyond.
