We're delighted to have been welcomed back to curate an evening at Escape to Freight Island. Soundtracking the Plant Room on Saturday 22nd July, our hosts Claire Umney, Chris Massey and Keltoi will be keeping the vibes flowing with an eclectic dose of afro, Latin, disco, funk, house and more!

Freight Island lies in the heart of the Depot in Mayfield, Manchester, providing a cultural hub of food, drink and entertainment Thursday through to Sunday each week.

Jazz and funk enthusiast Claire Umney is host of Gratitude Journal, providing feel good music that will make you want to dance.

Chris Massey runs the Sprechen Takeover show on the station, repping his Manchester based label with a heaping of soul, groove and melody.

Keltoi is host of Disco Schmisco, with a mission to share music and culture from around the world from boogie, disco and beyond!
