24 Kitchen Street has quickly established itself as a pioneering space in the Liverpool music scene, providing a safe space for a wide ranging variety of club nights, live gigs and workshops. Each month, the venue invites one of its many affiliates onto the radio to showcase what they’re all about.
Despite persevering through a rough patch (an age old story with many live music venues), 24 Kitchen Street is still one of the best venues in Liverpool, with a genre-less music policy that invites anyone and everyone with a passion for music and their head screwed on to host a party within the Baltic Triangle space. From long standing queer party Sonic Yootha to forward thinking electronic club night Wonder Pot, the venue plays host to many special events.
This month sees local bassline record label and party, M62 Records roll through for a 2 hour guest show. Residents Tubz and Long-E play through the labels back catalogue, with a few forthcoming exclusives getting some airtime as well. With their next release out at the end of November, any 140 heads need to keep up to date with the M62 crew…
