NuNorthern Soul is the label, radio show, & events series created by DJ Phat Phil Cooper.

What started as a Sunday social in Chester in the mid 90’s to allow Phil a chance to play through the more relaxed side of his music collection and finds from digging trips in the far flung corners of the world has, over many years developed into a record label paying homage to the Balearic spirit of eclecticism and more chilled sounds.

Each month, Phil presents 1 hours of his vinyl archaeology, digital discoveries and audio excursions.
