Mass Meditation

Mindfulness is a wonderful addition to anyone's wellbeing toolkit and can help you to be present, calm, clear minded and energised to face the day, and week, ahead.
We're partnering with Liverpool John Moores University, Open Culture and The Mind Map to broadcast a 30 minute mindfulness meditation session, as part of LJMU's annual mental health & wellbeing initiative, Feel Fab Feb! Starting at 8.30am with an introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation, then at 8.45am the Meditation begins.
Airing on Melodic Distraction Radio at 08:30 on Monday 27th February, the mindfulness meditation will be led by LJMU School of Psychology PhD researcher; Tony Bennett.
