Launched in July 2012 by Moonlight Music’s James Morgan, the night pays homage to original stateside sounds while drawing on modern day influences spawning from across the pond.

Whether it be New York or Detroit classics, cutting edge Berlin beats or UK breaks, one eye always remains firmly fixed on the underlying groove. James brings his experience at Liverpool Disco Festival and Southport Weekender to a monthly slot on Melodic Distraction.
